Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements. When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties.
Aitemag 12FD is a high purity magnesium hydroxide that is treated with a coupling silane to provide easy flow and dispersion. This product is designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers. Aitemag 12FD provides excellent mechanical properties with superior low-temperature performance, enhanced compound electrical property with low moisture pickup for wet-aged electricals, and enhanced fire performance.
