Aitemina® aluminum hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, manufactured using world-leading technologies. When used in flame retardant polymer compositions, Aitemina products deliver unique flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, you can select an Aitemina product with optimal particle characteristics and surface chemistry to achieve superior performance in flame retardant compounds.
Aitemina 140FF is a high-purity aluminum hydroxide treated with coupling silane for improved flow and water absorption resistance. Designed for thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, it is particularly effective in LSZH wire and cable insulation materials. Aitemina 140FF offers superior electrical properties, excellent low-temperature mechanical performance, and enhanced compound processing and fire resistance.
