Aitemag 14FD: Silane-Treated Mgnesium Hydroxide for Elastomers, Ensures Dispersion, Mechanical Performance & Water Resistance
Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.
When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, Aitemag provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, you can select an Aitemag product with appropriate characteristics to achieve optimized application performance.
Product Overview
Aitemag 14FD is a high purity magnesium hydroxide treated with coupling silane for easy dispersion in polymers. Designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polymers including polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, it provides excellent water resistance, processability, and superior mechanical properties.
