Product Description

Aitemina® aluminum hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, manufactured using world-leading technologies. When used in flame retardant polymer compositions, it provides unique flame retarding and smoke suppression properties.

Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, you can select an Aitemina product with optimal particle characteristics and surface chemistry to achieve the best performance for your flame retardant compound.

Aitemina 140FD is a high purity, high whiteness aluminum hydroxide treated with coupling silane for easy flow and dispersion. Designed for thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, particularly LSZH wire and cable insulation materials. It delivers superior electrical properties, low-temperature mechanical performance, enhanced compound processing, and excellent fire performance.
