Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements. When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, one may choose an Aitemag product of proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.
Aitemag 35PA2 is a fine natural magnesium hydroxide that is treated with functional polymers to provide easy flow and dispersion. This product is designed for use in polyolefins and elastomeric polymers. This product provides favorable compounding rheology and processability, high oxygen index, suitable for the LSZH wire and cable materials.
