Aitemag 10FC is a silane-modified synthetic magnesium hydroxide specifically engineered for wire cable and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) materials. This premium flame retardant delivers exceptional fire performance, superior processability, and excellent dispersion characteristics.
Product Overview
Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide represents a comprehensive flame retardant product line featuring ultrafine particle size and an optimized performance-to-cost ratio, manufactured using world-leading production technologies. All Aitemag products are fully compliant with REACH and RoHS regulatory requirements.
When incorporated into flame retardant polymer formulations, Aitemag products provide superior flame suppression and smoke reduction properties. The Aitemag 10FC variant, with its high purity and whiteness, is treated with a coupling silane to ensure easy flow and uniform dispersion throughout the polymer matrix.
This product is specifically designed for thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, particularly LSZH wire and cable insulation compounds. Aitemag 10FC delivers outstanding electrical properties, enhanced mechanical performance, and superior fire resistance.
