Aitemag® 10FC magnesium hydroxide offers an enhanced performance-to-cost balance for fire safety and smoke suppression in polymers. This flame retardant product features ultrafine particle size and is manufactured using world-leading technologies, complying with REACH and RoHS requirements.
Aitemag 10FC provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties when used to formulate flame retardant polymers. This high purity, high whiteness magnesium hydroxide is treated with a coupling silane for easy flow and dispersion.
Applications
Designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers, including LSZH wire and cable insulation compounds. Provides superior electrical properties, fire performance, and enhanced mechanical properties.
