Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance,produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. Aitemag 10FO is a magnesium hydroxide that is treated with a coupling silane. It has the characteristics of high purity, ultrafine particle size and easy dispersion. This product is designed for use in polyolefins and elastomeric polymers such as SEBS, also can be applied in polyamides such as PA6 and PA66 . Flame retardant polymer materials prepared with Aitemag 10FO will have excellent mechanical properties and fire performance, as well as good processability.
