Coated Grades Synthetic MDH Aitemag 12FM: Amino Silane-Modified, Chemically Synthesized Magnesium Hydroxide – Ideal for Engineering Plastics with Excellent Processability and Superior Tensile Strength
Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements. When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties.
Aitemag 12FM is a high purity magnesium hydroxide that is treated with a coupling silane to provide easy dispersion and enhanced compounding rheology. This product is designed for use in thermoplastic and cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers such as SEBS. It can also be used in polyamide 6 and polyamide 6,6. Aitemag 12FM provides excellent mechanical properties, low-temperature performance, and excellent compound electrical property.
